Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PRIMEQX (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use online trading services in your jurisdiction. You confirm you are not a resident of any country where the Service is restricted.

3. Account

• You may hold only one personal account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and 2FA secret.
• We may require identity verification (KYC) before deposits, withdrawals or higher limits.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that show signs of fraud, multi-accounting, chargebacks or bot activity.

4. Deposits & withdrawals

• Deposits are credited after confirmation by the payment provider or blockchain network.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, in line with AML rules.
• Network fees, intermediary bank fees and FX spreads may apply.
• We may delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, sanctions or legal investigation is suspected.

5. Trading rules

• Quoted prices are indicative and may differ from external markets. Execution is final once confirmed.
• Use of arbitrage bots, latency exploits, scripted trading or shared accounts is prohibited and may void trades.
• We may adjust or cancel trades resulting from a technical error, feed error or manifest mispricing.

6. Bonuses & affiliate program

Bonuses, promotions and affiliate commissions are subject to additional rules published in-app, including minimum turnover, anti self-referral checks, and payout thresholds. We may revoke bonuses or commissions earned through fraud or rule violations.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software and design of PRIMEQX are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or redistribute the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee profits, uptime, accuracy of market data, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIMEQX, its directors, employees and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the last 6 months.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time after settling open positions. We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms or legal reasons.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
