PRIMEQX ("we", "our", "us") operates the website primeqx.com and the PRIMEQX mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information about you when you use the Service.

  • Account data: name, email, phone number, password (hashed), country, profile photo.
  • KYC / verification data when required by law: government ID, address proof, selfie.
  • Financial data: deposits, withdrawals, trade history, balances, payment method identifiers (e.g. wallet address, mobile-money number).
  • Device & usage data: IP address, device model, OS, browser, language, pages visited, referral source, crash logs.
  • Cookies & similar technologies for session, security, preferences and basic analytics.
